Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: Sales Managers / Inside Sales Manager (Dotted Line)
Location: APO – Hudson

Position Purpose:

Manage the proactive marketing, lead generation and follow-up, sales coordination and customer satisfaction activities.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination

The main purpose will be to manage the equipment sales administration. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Manage CRM
  • Administer OS Account Lists with input by Sales Management
  • Track Growth at Prospect Accounts
  • Generate Sales Charts for Posting (Salesmen Performance, # of PM contracts, etc…)
  • Generate special Sales Reports for Management as needed
  • Document Submittals for Projects
  • Coordinate communication between Business Unit / OS / IS
  • Assist as needed with Overflow of IS Work
  • Manage administration of sales blitz
  • Manage Literature for all Manufacturers

Sales Lead Management

  • Develop tracking procedures to include Log In, Assignment, Follow Up, Action Items
  • Follow Leads from Cradle to Grave and track results
  • Report to Sales Managers actions of OS

Customer Satisfaction Follow Up

  • Manage monthly customer satisfaction surveys
  • Random Customer Satisfaction Calls

Marketing

  • Seminars, Advertising and coordination
  • Targeted direct mail campaigns & sales blitz
  • E-mail marketing campaign
  • Manage manufacturers co-op funds
  • Manage all Marketing efforts related to above

Additional Duties:

Assist Inside Sales Team to following (not limited to):

  • Documentation Projects
  • Shipment Status for Open Orders
  • Filing of Closed Jobs to WO on SamPro
  • Assist IS with Quotes as needed

Organizational Accountability:

A strong knowledge of Windows based programs is a must. Possess organizational skills to able to track and follow up on quotes and open jobs.

Must understand all internal systems (Sampro, DB Analytics, CRM) as well as all Supplier Sites for Order Management. Must meet deadlines and keep commitments consistently.
